Fire alarms
The seconds that matter
A fire alarm system detects smoke or heat at the earliest stage, alerts the people in the building and signals security or the staff on duty. For many buildings it is required by fire safety regulations, and for every building it is the best protection for people and property.
We take care of the whole system: from design and equipment selection through wiring and programming to commissioning and scheduled maintenance. Our team is certified for this work and applies the same standard as our electrical installations – tidy, documented and tested.

How we build fire alarm systems
A good fire alarm system doesn’t raise false alarms, yet never misses a real one. That comes down to the right design, careful installation and regular maintenance.
Designed for the building
A kitchen, a warehouse, a server room and a corridor each need different detection. We define the zones and detector types – smoke, heat or multi-sensor – based on how each room is used and the applicable regulations.
Addressable or conventional
In larger and more complex buildings an addressable system shows exactly which detector has triggered and shortens response time. For small sites a conventional system is a reliable and economical choice. We recommend what the building actually needs.
Installation without compromise
We use fire-resistant cable and route it so the system keeps working when it matters most. Every device is labelled and recorded in the documentation.
Commissioning and training
We program the control panel, test every detector and manual call point, and train your staff on how to respond to an alarm or a fault signal.
Scheduled maintenance
A fire alarm system has to be checked regularly to work on the day it is needed. We offer a maintenance contract with planned visits, tests and a record of every service.
Integrated with the building
The fire alarm can shut down ventilation, release escape doors and work together with CCTV and intruder alarms or KNX automation, so the building responds as one system.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
It depends on the type, size and use of the building. Regulations require one for many public, commercial and industrial buildings. At the site visit we’ll tell you what applies to yours.
An addressable system shows the exact detector that triggered and suits larger buildings. A conventional system shows the zone and is more economical for small sites.
The interval is set by the regulations and the equipment manufacturer. With a maintenance contract we keep track of the deadlines and document every inspection.
Yes, after inspecting the system and its documentation. If repairs or replacement components are needed, we’ll propose a solution.
Yes. The control panel can send fire and fault signals to a security company or to staff on duty, so the response is fast even outside working hours.
Yes. Our team is certified for fire alarm system work. Copies of the documents are available on request.
